Stand Up! Speak Out! The curriculum is designed to give girls the confidence and skills they need to take a stand for what they believe in and advocate for themselves. It creates an emotionally safe environment where girls can practice communicating their feelings, needs, and unique perspectives without fear of judgment or harm. The curriculum guides participants through powerful interactive activities that help girls uncover and trust their inner strength while simultaneously building strong, meaningful relationships with one another. These workshops and activities challenge girls to recognize their own worthiness, think critically, and understand how setting boundaries improves their ability to make a positive impact in their lives and communities.
